chapter 01

Paul is all happy with the Ephesians. Gets a little science fiction on us.

vs. 10: This plan, which God will complete when the time is right, is to bring all creation together, everything in heaven and on earth, with Christ as head. EQ

Heaven is a big place. Expanding at light speed 13.7 billion years. So let us first deal with earth.

vs. 13: You believed in Christ, and God put his stamp of ownership on you by giving you the Holy Spirit he had promised. EQ

He didn't anything. It has done everything, slowly over billions of years. Things didn't start getting personal till we came along.

vs. 18: I ask that your minds may be opened to see his light... EQ

It is not his. The light. As in wake up.

vs. 21: Christ rules there above all heavenly rulers, authorities, powers, and lords; he has a title superior to all titles of authority in this world and in the next. EQ

Paul. Relax. Jesus was a man. Another bastard child.

vs. 23: The church is Christ's body, the completion of him who himself completes all things everywhere. EQ

No. Get out of the church. Jesus don't like them. He don't want no religion.

Love life. Love each other.

Fuck the church. Shut up the Pope.

chapter 02

Paul is talking shit so we'll try a little story. How about H. G. Wells. A short story I read when I was younger.

A man is hiking a mountain trail and falls into a valley.

And he is found and taken care of. When he wakes up he sees that everyone is blind. Blind so many generations that they have no eyes.

They don't even know what eyes are.

Our hero, when he is fit again, fails to follow their marked path ways because he doesn't need the guide lines. He has eyes.

"He's mad. Do you hear how he moves with no understanding of the guide lines."

"It must be those funny things in his head."

"We'll have to remove them."

He was in love with one of the young women.

But. He didn't want his eyes plucked out. So he left the valley of the blind.

vs. 15: He abolished the Jewish Law with its commandments and rules, in order to create out of the two races one new people... EQ

"What about the rest of the world."

"What world."

chapter 03

vs :1: For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles, pray to God. EQ

Paul is looking for another go fuck yourself. But I'm all out.

vs. 3: God revealed his secret plan and made it known to me. EQ

Okay, Paul. What is the big fuckin' secret. That our ancestors were fish.

vs. 6: The secret is that by means of the gospel the Gentiles have a part with the Jews in God's blessings... EQ
