The Nonmembership Association does not intend to be a club or cult or religion or an association that cares to propagate the idea that there is any advantage in hatred and arrogance. Perhaps it is an ideal of The Nonmembership Association that the members and non members of The Nonmembership Association lend a hand or idea for each other rather then trying to be secretive or mess up members of any other organization or association.

The Nonmembership Association does not necessarily support the ideals of these organizations. That is not said just because of the legal ramifications, it represents our attitude that there are many ways to skin a cat but perhaps the cat doesn't care.

The Bill Chase Foundation of Geniuses and Master Minds is an affiliation of The Nonmembership Association but in no way does it's attitudes necessarily have any influence on the attitude of The Nonmembership Association. The Nonmembership Association has no president or chairman or tablewoman or nothing in that line. Someone has to organize any events and money in, money out and web pages, letters and all the other decisions and what all to do, so The Nonmembership Association has allotted this task to The Bill Chase Foundation of Geniuses and Master Minds so they can execute these problematics. Their bid was most reasonable which has allowed us to keep costs to a minimum.

In 1984, The Association For Mothers Against Fornication and Masturbation took The Nonmembership Association to court with charges against them for allowing members of the Association of Ejaculation to be members of The Nonmembership Association. The lawyers from The Bill Chase Foundation of Geniuses and Master Minds defended the case. It was a 6 year court case which could have been avoided with one disclaimer. This has caused The Nonmembership Association a great set back. Perhaps also a needed one to restructure the legal side of The Nonmembership Association. This disclaimer that once failed us is now recorded here so: The Nonmembership Association is not a controlling or policing force and due to it's open membership policies, can not disallow any application for membership and is therefore in no way responsible for the actions or attitudes of it's members. We can in no way support members if they are in breach of the laws governing or society. The Nonmembership Association accepts membership without question and may very well have members of The Central Intelligence Agency as members of The Nonmembership Association as members of The Cannabis Legalization Association as members. Watch what you say and do and remember that even though we don't know where we are going and we are all rowing in different directions and are running out of fresh water and there seems to be some leaks that can't be stuffed, we are all in the same stinking boat infested by diseased rats with aids infected flees and we don't have much fuckin' time left before we all go under.
